Ceylon Kitchen was born from a simple dream — to share the real taste of Sri Lanka with the local Texas community.

A hidden gem — proudly inside a gas station.

As a small family-owned business, we started our journey inside a neighborhood gas station deli at 10940 FM 1488, cooking and serving the same food we grew up eating at home. No dining-room theatre, no shortcuts — just a working kitchen where everything is made from scratch, every day.

We've stopped apologizing for the pumps out front. Our regulars tell the story better than we could: find the gas station, come inside, follow the spice.

Meet Chef Sarath.

Our dad, Chef Sarath, brings years of hands-on kitchen experience to every plate, while our mom, Geeta, adds the heart of traditional Sri Lankan home cooking to every dish. Together they cook the food they grew up eating — fresh, to order, at whatever spice level you ask for.
